Unshakable: Building Resilience to Thrive

Together, we’ll dive into some inspiring stories, work through interactive exercises, and discuss practical strategies that you can use right away to bounce back from setbacks, face challenges head-on, and thrive no matter what life throws at you.

Here’s what you’ll get from this session:

  • You’ll understand what resilience is and why it’s crucial in today’s fast-paced, unpredictable world.
  • I’ll share with you some easy, actionable techniques like mindfulness, setting boundaries, managing your emotions, and developing a growth mindset that you can start using to build resilience.
  • By the end of our time together, you’ll have created your own personal resilience toolkit and action plan to help you stay strong, adaptable, and focused—long after you leave this session.

This isn’t just about surviving tough times—this is about you learning how to thrive through them.

Rachael Spoon, Agent

State Farm Insurance

Title: “Betting on You”

Description: You can be your best mentor, best friend, best motivator, best constructive-criticism provider…the list goes on. Recognizing the times in your life that you squashed or “someone” else squashed your voice and learning how to turn her up will unlock great success and great peace within you. In my experience, the outside voices have been so much louder in my head than my own voice. But my voice has been the smartest and best positioned voice of anyone in my life – and so is YOURS.

Bio:

Rachael has lived her life by the rules, partially because that is who she is and the rest because that is what everyone told her she needed to do, and she is a people pleaser. Living by the rules has gotten her part of the way in this world, but the magic began happening when she started betting on and investing in herself. She has been a State Farm Agent since 2015 and has pursued many worthwhile endeavors in the Klamath Basin community from paid positions to volunteer activities in the last 30 years. She has been married to her best friend for over 23 years and is the proud momma of a 22-year-old daughter and a 20-year-old son. A passion of Rachael’s is empowering women to achieve their goals much faster than she was able to due to blinders, a list of well-intentioned people that help cultivate self-doubt and self-doubt itself in this very tough, but beautiful world. She looks forward to providing insights that will allow women to consistently bet on themselves.
