Description

Join Kristi for heart opening yoga, cacao, and meditation for the Fall Equinox. This class will begin with a gentle yoga warm up and move into a meditative, heart opening cacao ceremony. You will then be immersed in the sounds of crystal singing bowls. We will be consuming 100% ceremonial cacao. Bring a yoga mat and water.
