Press Release: Klamath County Commissioner Position 1 Forum Announced

The Klamath County Chamber of Commerce’s Government Affairs Committee (GAC) is hosting a forum featuring the candidates for Klamath County Commissioner Position 1 on April 22nd at Oregon Tech CEET Building Auditorium. Doors open at 5 p.m. with the opportunity for citizens to meet the candidates. The forum will begin at 6 p.m. and will conclude at 8 p.m. This forum is free to the public. 

The following candidates, who will be on the May 21st ballot, have confirmed their attendance including: 

• Andrew Nichols 
• Dan Girard 
• Dan Martin 
• G. Moss Driscoll 
• Rejeana Jackson 
• Ron Moe

“The role of County Commissioner in our community is extremely important. We want to give voters an opportunity to meet the candidates, ask their questions, and be ready to make an informed decision when they complete their ballots” said Heather Harter, the Chamber’s Executive Director.
