If you have ever struggled with bad hires, lack of employee engagement, low team morale, or low-performing employees, or if you want to continue to work towards being a better human, you may find this session informative as the topic of motivation is widely cited but poorly understood, and therefore is poorly managed. This session will provide an overview of what motivation is and isn't and tips to improve how we lead and support others. Time will be available to ask questions and visit with the presenter on related topics of interest.
